Mine took around 3 weeks. No problems really since I've had it. Only once where the pin magically stopped working and It was never changed.
My only beef with them is the same as most people's. Their customer service reps need training. They might understand their system and perform tasks on accounts, but most of them have such a negative tone to their voice. They either sound bored or arrogant. There really isn't anything in between.
