You are way to young to have heart problems, even when you are fat.
Especially the symptom that you have this problem when breathing shows that it doesn't have to do anything with your heart. If there would be something wrong with it, you would have problems when you are doing sports or other activities and when your pulse is running fast. If it also happens when doing nothing it for sure doesn't have to do with your heart.
So there's nothing to worry about. Of course you can go to the doctor, but he will tell you the same thing.

I don't know, I heard of some young people having heart attacks. This dude needs to go to see a doctor no matter how minor anybody says his problem is on GFY
