well, there you have it. blame your gf and your brother.
the cops responded to the info they got from them. thats what determined their response. i feel for ya man, i do, and i hate to say it but i don't think you have a case based on what i'm hearing. i quit being a cop because of stuff like this.
keep in mind, what i'm telling you is of my best opinion from my past experience. if what you wanted was everyone to agree with you that they fucked you up for no reason then next time say that in the thread and i will agree with you. i don't know what happened you do. if you feel you got a case go for it.
