I would think you have a good case.. Also, with all those suicide hotlines out there, couldnt the cops just tell you or even force you to give them a ring a ding ding..?? I mean, you dont NEED to see a doc.. the people that call those lines certainly arent forced to talk to a doc.. Anyway, good luck
