Dude from customer service didn't even appologize. I would have had it sent UPS but the last 2 packages I received from UPS were damaged. One looked like the forklift driver put a fork through it and the other had been dropped and f'ed up.

Guy behind the counter at fedex was a dumbass. Tried to insure it for 4k, and they dont really do that, they just do a declared value..
