I have been extremely tense lately for some odd reason and I can't figure out why. It's driving me crazy and really hurting my productivity.
Any suggestions on what I could do to help relax and take away some stress?
Drugs are not an option.
I just finished a session of "free writing". It seemed to help a bit. Let me open up and express some of the ideas that were running through my head. Problem is, I got bored after 5 minutes and stopped. The couple paragraphs I wrote DID help though.
I'm about to pull out the alcohol... always helps of course and makes for a good time. But I'm looking for more of a permanent solution or a daily routine I can get into that will help relieve the overall stress. And no, I'm not going to sit around all day drunk off my ass.
