Absolutely! it's pretty fucking raw

to not tip a food service person just because they deliver food by car and not in a restaurant. Only assholes stiff service people.
You usually don't have to tip on a 15-20% basis for pizza--the "run" is what matters for them. $2-3 per delivery is fine, but they always appreciate $5, especially if they are delivering more than 2-3 pies. it's the fair thing to do. But always . . . $2 minimum.

Pizza drivers get minimum wage hourly rates, and therefore are
dependent upon tips!
