Russia is too fucked up to ever come back, and Russia was never a viable opponent, it was a paper tiger who just collapsed.
India, too many people, not enough resource, plus they have a major problem: Pakistan.
The Arab countries: they are too divided to ever be a menace to the USA, what will happen in 20+ years when we don't need oil to run vehicles anymore???
Austalia, New Zealand, Canada: Good countries, rather stable economy but not enough population. Anyways, they would have nothing to gain by standing up against the USA.
So, what do we have left?
South America: Give me a break, without the USA and all their natives south American using western union to send money back to their countries... Look at Venezuela, they have one of the richest soil in the world and you've got people dying of hunger and eating garbage.
Africa: It's going to take at least 100+ years to get them back on their feet, when they understand that they will not improve their situation by slaughtering each other, then there will be hope for them.
