Eros, you got your insides cut open twice within two days. And based on what you yourself say, it sounds to me like the medical staff didn't even take the minimal precautions to make sure the operation would go smothly. That's what happens when doctors turn a serious operation into a volume business. It's shameful. Frankly, you are lucky to have survived at all considering the outrageously high mortality rate for these kind of procedures.
I am not trying to be a wise ass man, and I hope you recover quickly. When you do recover you have to start the important work of learning to eat healthy and exercise. It's a change you have to make in your mind and in your routine and in your habits which will lead to feeling and looking and living better. And it has nothing to do with trying to constrict your stomach or wiring your jaw shut or any other such end runs and dodges around the real issues that overweight people have with food and exercise. If you need any weightlifting or healthy cooking advice I would be happy to assist when you get started.
