Theoretically it is possible to get aids from receiving a blowjob. While HIV is present in saliva, there are almost no 'infectious' components of HIV present. Saliva is very rough on HIV because of the enzymes in it as well as the antibodies present. Also, HIV doesn't live for long once it is exposed to air so the chances of getting HIV on the receiving end of a blowjob is probably about the same equivalent of getting struck by a meteorite.
