who knows man, I think someone had a meeting and flipped a coin one day... as it's always been on this planet, a game of who can have the power, and who can try to keep others from getting it....
we didn't like it when Indian and Pakistan went nuc a few years back, and I'm sure we won't like it when the next lil country goes nuc capable on us...
I think everytime a country does it, it just increases the chances that someone's gonna be a freak and actually use one...
