Treatment = exercise .... no joke.
I've had panic attacks and my doctor gave me Alzoprom (Xanax) and I didn't like it long term. I trying Klonopin and they worked a lot better.
But I didn't want to get hooked on taking pills all the time. So I started a serious exercise routine. Now I jog 3-5 miles 3 times a week. I bike when I can and hit the gym for some basic working out. That has helped me more than anything.
