Any law person who, for whatever reason, wants to blow rotowa85 off the face of the map for a while, can do this. *Anything* can come in and hit broadsides and blow more shit into the air than anyone thought possible - could be a minor drugs issue, a slight error on accounting records - you name it. But, if there is a will for something to happen - it will. What can it mean? Could mean a custodial sentence and throw on a three year Revenue enquiry and penalties for anything that can't be explained... It's a wonderful world, eh?
