Tough call. I am enamored of my 10-year Leoville Barton vertical (95-04). I dream of the day I will consume my 2003 Cod d' Estournel. I also plan to soon drink a bottle of my 2 1999 Fanti Brunello di Montalcinos. I love all my Brunellos actually. Also fond of my 2001 Chateaneu de Beaucastel Chat-nuf, and a variety of nice Bordeaux, etc. Lots of good stuff in there across the price spectrum, but my personal favorite (if not my greatest) is probably the 2001 Valsacro Dioro Rioja, probably because I have bought more of them (16) than any other. Best combination of price/greatness I can think of.
All the stuff in the Vinotemp 60 is for future use after more maturation, plus another 30 bottles should be in there but no space. The rest, I generally drink affordable wines, usually in the $8-20 range. Typically these are Italian blends or pure Sangiovese, Aussie shazzams, Rhone & Loire reds, etc. But it varies a lot. Come to D.C. some time . . . I got a lot of good ones I need to bust a cork on!
