Yeah, real red Burgundy is just too expensive. But these days, Willamette Valley Pinots aren't cheap either, nor are Cali Pinots, so I buy New Zealand for the varietal, or the occasional inexpensive but decent Pinot from Cali.

Petite Sirah is an interesting choice to blend--glad it worked well. your Zin sounds beautiful.
