My friend is saying that he has recommended one of his dad's wealthy firends to a company to get some SEO done. They want to optimise a two word phrase that is not widely contested. The competitor site at no.1 on google has a PR of 2 and the site of the dad's wealthy firends has a PR of 7.

The SEO company wants USD$4k to do the optimisation. Fark, is that what it costs?!?!?! That sounds like a massive ripoff considering that the site is already PR7!!!
