:mad Phone systems do NOT hang up on people...

People hang up on people!

You need to get something done with a Customer Service department. You dial their convenient Toll Free #, and decode their prompt system to navigate to the exact place you need to be to get the most accurate information (about 3 minutes after pressing 200 different buttons), then you get put into a queue (at the back of the line) for the next 15 minutes, listening to the worst music on the planet, frequently getting interrupted by the annoying automated phone chic, so you couldn't even take a nap if you wanted to while you listen to the crappy music... "Thank you for continuing to hold. Our lines are still busy and we are making every effort to answer your call. Please stay on the line and your call will be directed to the next available specialist."... Wait wait wait... BAM! *Hang up on their end. 20 minutes of waiting... GONE! Call back, this time pressing the buttons furiously... this time it's 18 minutes to wait, and you're LIVID!, because you're at the back of the line again!

This has happened three times this week with different companies! WTF is wrong with CS departments??? When I used to work in call centers, there were a few reps that I had to counsel for hanging up on customers, to increase their stats / call times. But this was probably about once every 6 months. Three times this week! What is going on with companies these days?

If they stop hiring these fuck bags... Maybe things would change!
