I think DEATH is what that asshole should get. Put him in a tiny cell with general population showers once a day, making sure everyone knows he kills a baby. Then once a week do the "last man walking thing" to him, but cancel it, and bring him back to his cell.

After doing that 5 times, and totally messing with his head, put the sound of a baby crying loud in his cell for 30 days. Then fry his ass slowly.

If anyone disagrees with this, then close you eyes and image a baby laying there with a clothes in his mouth and what the rest of his little body and eyes would look like during this. I think you would change your mind. (unless you got something worse to do with him)
