The real problem is that torrent sites are much bigger business than most people recognize and there is alot more behind this whole thing, take Pirate Bay as just one example:

The combined power of the music and mainstream movie industry were unable to bring them down so far, do you really think that the adult industry could do anything to kill their business.
I hate them, they are parasites and every effort to get rid of them is honorable, but it's tilting at windmills.
