66.11.114.38 (one of my site's ip)

when trying to resolve it it gives me:
service66-11-114-38.serverprovider.com

but I cant use this to point another domain to that host (tried in my namecheap account) so it should be something like:
NS(?).SERVERPROVIDER.COM

anybody ????
