I don't disagree with that necessarily. But do you know how many times I've sold a domain on here only to get ICQ'd or emailed the next day with someone who says "that was a good domain you sold, I would have paid more."
I'm all for giving a ballpark or range but you can't ask everyone to set a price when these things are worth different amounts to different people.
