Also, check out Microsoft Live's announcement for silverlight. they're providing 4GB of FREE storage for wmv streaming with unlimited bandwidth currently.
It looks like once it goes out of beta they will either charge for bandwidth, or give the bandwidth for free, but insert ads into the streams.
