the issue comes in when everyone that does create one wants to be greedy and handle every industry all at once...check out paypal, they are awesome, general payments and no adult or gambling
then you have everyone else who is taking any payment, from adult, gambling, etc....and they get shut down left and right
if someone was to create another paypal and allow adult but not gambling, it would ROCK
