Rogan is a punk douche. And all this Carlos Mencia crap is just that, crap. Rogan is jealous because Mencia is more famous than him and makes more money. It more than obvious that most here no ZILCH about comedy or how the comic scene actually works. If you could tell guys like Bob Hope, George Burns and Milton Byrle about comedians stealing others jones they would say "So.......".
I can bet that if I saw Rogans act I could tell you from which comedians he got 50% of his material. By the why most comedians don't write solo they ave partners, partnes sometimes switch gigs. A writers style doesn't change so it shouldn't surprise you to see similarities in others acts. Sorry if some jewish guy tell a joke about this mother complianing all the time IT'S NOT NEW. When a black guy tells a joke about a crack whore IT'S NOT NEW. When a gay guy talk about gay sex IT'S NOT NEW. When some guys complain he can't get laid. IT'S NOT NEW. Every "I can't get laid" bit today is a rip off of Gary Shandling.
I used to love Mitch Hedberg before he died but anyone over 35 knows that they first saw that bit in Steven Wright.
