$1000 a month Canadian for it today is the same as $1000 a month Canadian for it 5 years ago. Well, excluding inflation naturally.
You're still getting paid in the strong(er) currency. $1US is still worth more than $1CAD. So in fact, MOST Canadian's are getting paid in the weaker currency. The stronger their currency gets, the better it is for them, in general.
SO basically what you're hoping for is devaluation of your own currency for your selfish needs. Fuck every other Canadian, friends and family included, damnit I want 40% more for me! Fuck clawing back wasted money from welfare moms and Indians, devalue the currency god damnit!
