When the shoe is on the other foot, attitudes always change. If someone steals all your paysite content and puts up their own website with it.. do you allow them to continue doing so and just say "Oh I guess my security sucks, my bad, have fun with it"?? Or do you do something about it. This is really no different, and is even more serious in most cases.
