Paying out 50% of $100 = $50
Paying out 55% of $110 = $49.50
Paying out 55% of $120 = $54
Paying out 60% of $120 = $48
Unless you massively increase the turnover you can lose more than you gain. Unless there are catches. Maybe getting lots of newbies to send traffic they never get paid on makes it profitable.
Maybe your program works like that.

Are we talking about the biggest affiliate program or the most profitable? Which thinking AFF is likely in the running for both, but that's another debate.... If AFF pays out more to affiliates than anyone else they are the largest affiliate program, you don't need calculator for that!
