Do you know I seriously doubt this.
If you pay more than anyone else why do you need to put up your payments? You are already the best place to send the traffic and there's little chance of someone sending it elsewhere.
If on the other hand you are slipping then you do need to pay more to get more people to stay on to try your program.
Just applying common sense to the discussion.
"We pay more and better than anyone else, so going to increase payments For no reason other than we are nice guys."
