i am from the states.. i guess i must have missed the memo on that..

when did they change standard math? .1 = 1/10 of 1.00 (i.e.: 10 cents) and .01 = 1/100 of 1.00 (i.e. 1 cent) last i knew..

must be this "new math" they are teaching kids nowadays
