thanks for the tips guys, but i was actually hoping to hear from a host or two. in my field you can run into some pretty shady characters and i could see how a host doesn't want to work with someone they don't know/trust. if you know the guys at these hosting companies personally or could point me in the right direction as far as who to contact it would be much appreciated

i'm willing to pay a hefty amount so i figured someone would want to do business. and like i said before we could do a couple test runs and if the relationship doesn't work out, it doesn't work out, but i have a feeling it would.
