I think the case for the prosecution can rest quite nicely even with this quick gathering of evidence. Now we just need to keep tazering the defendant's butt to get him out from under the table where he has been hiding.

we used to do that with IBill.... they would let us created unlimited sub accounts under a master account (with all money being in the master account) and spam all we want. then someone would go on Netpond or Ynot saying "oh my god - someone from account 12345 is spamming" - IBill reps would quickly terminate that subaccout, we all had a good laugh about it on ICQ and business never missed a beat.
