It's just a multi-use invention. Sniffing Coke, Cleaning ears, nose, other nails and a sign of wealth. Calling them "i'm a low life smelly piece of shit" doesn't make us any better now does it? What people in porn are doing is far worst and dirtier then growing a nail!
