That'd be my guess too. Shit, there's a fucking company that sells hydroponic growing systems that is one of the major sponsors of our local college radio station. Between that, overgrow.com's 4-5 year run without being shut down, and all of the other information on the net, everyone with a big enough set of balls can grow their own shit.
