Wait a month for things to "cool off" makes sense, but not with Ibill.... They have been getting worse by the day! You may call in a month and may not even get through because the reps are busy dealing with the continuing pile of Ibill fuck ups or you may get a disconnected number all together.

Ibill ---> Are you discovering new ground? Or just digging yourself a deeper ditch?
I cant say I dont find this all more than a little un-nerving. I been with them since 97 and I have been through every single up and down with these people. And they have had some whoppers in the past. Mostly processing related problems, but never payment problems.

I know I havent been paid because my info in the Sponsored Merchant shit thing has is not correct. So mostly, I am to blame myself for not getting paid. But I know what its like dealing with iBill support, and I cant imagine it is any better right now. I imagine it being horrible. I am amazed you got people on the phone!

Fuck it, Ill send them an email and see how long it takes for them to respond.
