Exactly.
I called for a pick-up because that is the service they offer and they provide this service to me often. I use them several times a week, every week. It is not acceptable for them to show up over an hour early. Not even once.
I suppose if I did not run 3 business, post on GFYand had nothing to do with my time I could drive around town to the nearest drop off station, but that is not going to happen. FedEx fees are among the highest and they do offer a pick-up service, so I expect them to be on time or pretty damn near close to it.
They probably have a new mexican driver.
