OMG.... waaaaayyyyyyyyy to much money.... the 50% I can understand with a caveat that the performs continually.
I have this arrangement with one of my girls. The first time she doesn't fulfill obligations for 2 weeks or more, she loses her income and I have the right to continue on without her. Basically, if she bails, we still make the money without her.
It is business... you are willing to invest 15K in a girl you don't know if it will go or not? Make her recognize its a business. Either that, or commit her to 15K for one month of shooting daily... payable weekly after she does what she is supposed to (I heard Lightspeed does this sometimes... pounds out content with a girl not knowing if she will work longer than a week or two).
