I think it's typical, in English, to say 24/7, meaning "24 hours per day, 7 days per week." What you said would be more likely to be interpreted as "24 hours per day, 24 days per week," which would lead many buyers to believe that they may have an issue getting you to understand what they really need, and getting code delivered that does what they want it to do.
