those things are Yappy fuckers,one of my tenants has one and it drives me crazy..he has the apartment behind my office. So when he goes to work he locks the little fucker in the bathroom,so I cant hear it as much. Yes I have "soundproof walls" but the high pitch barking comes tru anyways.
