conteXaclick. It's an advertising network that is set on a PPC auction model where you bid for placement ranking, just like AdWords. On the other side of the coin, conteXaclick allows webmasters to earn income by placing ad units on their websites, just like AdSense.
It's still in beta, but it's fully functional.
