I'd think it's a mistake, can't imagine the FTV guys would fuck over affiliates, but a plain real 404 page would be what affiliates can expect, so the surfer clicks back.
Neither a sponsor TGP nor the paysite itself are acceptable in my opinion when it comes to missing image links, for missing galleries they can send it to the paysite with my ID included.
