The uses of nanotechnology

"molecular machines could be used t rebuild damaged organs, make cosemtic alterations or provide people with whole new parts capable of dramatic powers. Missing limbs could be regenrated. Defective eyes and ears could be restored to perfect function or even enhanced. "
Jane will no longer have to worry about her eyes, or her hearing, if she consumes alcohol like water, don't worry, is all she would say, nanotechnology will give her a new liver...
pretty much it says... no moral consequences
