Some of you would be surprised how much info about SEO isn't available for free. There are some experts in the field who can literally name their price.
Don't confuse SEO experts who can deliver results in competitive keyword fields with people who know how to optimize a page and build some back links. The later are a dime a dozen. SEO is more strategy than having X number of KW's in your page, title etc.

That needs to be repeated over and over again until those who seem to think that backlinks are all that matters finally get in touch with reality.
When you see someone who tells you that they can get you listed on 300,000 search engines and directories run like hell because they are beyond clueless.
And Split don't think that those who are suggesting that it's going to cost you a lot of money are talking about black hat solutions. White hat solutions from those who know what they're doing are going to cost you the same amount of cash.
