bandwidth born by the affiliate of a large traffic network is what needs to be managed to maximize the cpc if that is the way the traffic network calculates their revenue. all of that is of course open for interpretation. i'm just one dude. the way i would run this model may not be the way another traffic source would run it.
i'm just one dude, always have been. no one should listen to me. make your own decisions, but if it works, leave it be and enjoy some 2000 numbers again for awhile.

Yep, none of this traffic is skimmed or traded. It is all send in though my own network and some of it has been purchased. Even if it is crappy skimmed traffic it only makes snizzshare look better. Surfers like the Web 2.0 experience a lot more after they've been circle-jerked around at these MGPS. I've never been a fan of the skim and never will be.
