Submit backlog was (when I didn't renew my submit account) was anywhere from 14-30 days. You will also find that anywhere from 20-50% of the time, you aren't listed on the front page but just pushed off into the archives directly.
Still a good deal for what they are charging for an account, but you can't use it to put super fresh material out there, because by the time your galleries get approved, it isn't fresh anymore.
