good luck man, you gotta think outside of the box with webcams... you're selling a 1 on 1 connection and not a site w/ wank material
personalize some of your ads & pages a bit more, entice the surfer to want to chat with THAT particular "model"
its a small transition from paysites to webcams or dating, but once it clicks (in your head) it's cake
