Dang good look at the way powerlifters and bodybuilders differ
in strength and technique.
One thing I can attest to is if you spend a dedicated amount
of time learning how and executing a good bodybuilding and
strength training regimien it will do you wonders. Even if you
fall off and go back to it years later the body remembers and
recovers very fast.
The article talks about how some guys can bench 800+ pounds.
That's just incredible! The stress on the bones and joints is
amazing at that point but that's why strength training is so
important. Builds up the tendons and ligaments.
