I just got off the phone again with the epassporte tech's. They tell me there was a problem with European qualification of postal codes and the balances were not posting to your account for this reason. This afffected Canada as well due to the character recognition problem in the postal code field.
The problem has been resolved and your balance should now be showing correctly. Please take a look at your balance and let me know if everything looks correct... including the 5 bucks I sent to you.
