On one hand, I feel sorry for any customer of theirs who have had downtime, or read that they are going broke, and they are sitting their wondering when their sites are gonna go down because of their mickey mouse networking skills. That is bullshit, and a productive webmaster should not have to worry about his host day in and day out.
On the other hand after the first, yes the *FIRST* outage I would have been gone. There is something called redundancy, which is why I have seen some hosting companies offer 100% uptime guarantee. People who stay with LikeWhoa are shooting themselves in the foot and deserve what they get.
