Of course like any program, if you can wait for your money, recurring is the way to go. But if you want your money quickly, go with a per signup program.
The difference between "classic" and "jackpot" programs are first, the money difference. Second, with classic you have control of the exit consoles. You can choose to send your exit traffic where you would like or not use an exit console at all.
The one page tours have been tested and tested and retested. They really do work better than large tours.
