UN helping? Why? The UN never started this "war" and member states have better shit to do than waste time over the US blunders and their "wars".
Dollar value? Why should any country start "helping in Iraq?" It has nothing to do with other countries - they never elected to go to war. The US wanted to go to war.
All that is needed now is the US to pay for it and take full responsibility for their actions - not try to sidestep and load it on anyone else.
While you are at it - can you give $50K to the survivors of every innocent person killed and dump another $30 billion in contracts to those in the Middle East to reconstruct the damage you caused? Thanks!
